Is it obligatory to re-perform the missed prayers after purification from menstruation if red blood appears before the Maghrib prayer on the same day and this blood is considered menstrual blood?

The period of purity (tuhur) that interrupts menstruation is considered purity, and the woman is treated during it like those who are pure. Performing prayer during this period is valid. New blood is considered menstruation unless it exceeds 15 days. Some scholars stipulate that the purity interrupting menstruation must be a day or more, reasoning that blood may cease and then return, and that requiring ghusl for every short cessation causes hardship, and because a short cessation does not make menstruation stable. However, the approved fatwa is that whenever a woman sees purity, she is pure, even if it is less than a day.
