If they do not desist, it is permissible to ostracize them if that serves as a deterrent and is not considered a severing of kinship ties. The permissible ostracism is that which leads to the weakening of evil, and beautiful ostracism is avoiding interaction without causing harm, and it is better than harmful interaction if the latter brings about religious or worldly harm.
