How is the inheritance divided among: a husband, a mother, 3 daughters, 4 full brothers, 2 full sisters, 2 full nephews (son of a full brother), and 5 full paternal cousins?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the husband receives one-fourth, the daughters two-thirds, and the mother one-sixth. The inheritance is divided into thirty-nine shares: each daughter receives eight shares, the husband nine shares, and the mother six shares. The brothers and sisters, as well as the nephews and paternal cousins, receive nothing, as the prescribed shares exhaust the inheritance and they are excluded. Inheritance matters must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation.
