The water discharged after passing wind is impure. A small amount of impurity is excused by some scholars, and it is permissible to follow this opinion, so it is not obligatory to wash the garment and body from a small amount of water. If the urination stops for the duration of ablution and prayer, then the ruling of one afflicted with perpetual discharge does not apply. However, if its cessation is not regular, then the ruling of one afflicted with perpetual discharge does apply.
