Does the full sister from the father inherit if the deceased has a son and five daughters?

If the heirs are limited to a son and daughters, then the paternal sister is excluded by the inheriting offspring. The inheritance is divided among the son and daughters, with the male receiving the share of two females, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." So, the inheritance is divided into seven shares: two shares for the son, and one share for each daughter.

It must be noted that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and it is not sufficient to rely on a fatwa alone. Rather, the matter must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation and consideration of all heirs, wills, debts, and other rights that take precedence over the heirs' right to the wealth.
