Most scholars are of the view that impurity inside the worshiper's body is pardoned and does not affect the validity of the prayer, because a human being is pure and what is inside them is pardoned. There is no requirement for a period of time to pass for the impurity in the stomach to disappear. As for one who is able to vomit the impurity, some scholars have said that vomiting is obligatory if it does not result in harm, and their prayer is valid if they are unable to vomit. One who has drunk alcohol must vomit it if they are able to do so without harm that would permit tayammum. If the impurity reaches their stomach, it is pardoned because it is in its original place of impurity, unlike carrying impurity in a place other than its original place, such as joining a bone that is impure. However, if the questioner suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder (waswasa), they may adopt the view of the majority of scholars regarding the permissibility of prayer in this situation.
