Is it true that there are narrations (ahadith) indicating that the Caliphate will not return until men wear dishdashas and fighting with swords resumes?

It is not mentioned in the books of Sunnah and the major scholarly works that fighting with swords will return with the return of the Caliphate. However, some indications suggest that people will resort to fighting with swords at the end of time, such as the descent of Jesus (peace be upon him) and his fight against the Antichrist (Dajjal).

It is narrated in the Hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The Hour will not be established until the Romans land at Al-A'maq or Dabiq. An army from Medina will confront them... and they will fight them... then they will conquer Constantinople... While they are distributing the spoils, having hung their swords on olive trees, Satan will cry out among them, 'Indeed, the Antichrist has taken your place among your families!'... Then Jesus, son of Mary (peace be upon him), will descend and kill the Antichrist."

In another Hadith: "Jesus, son of Mary, will descend as a just leader and an equitable ruler. He will break the cross, kill the swine, establish peace, and swords will be taken as sickles." This means abandoning jihad and engaging in agriculture.
