Is it possible to classify all worldly sciences under the ḥadīth: "You are more knowledgeable in the affairs of your worldly matters," and is it true that Sharia knowledge comes first, followed by worldly knowledge?

The aforementioned hadith is authentic, and it is further clarified by the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "I am but a human being. If I command you to do something pertaining to your religion, then adhere to it. But if I command you to do something based on my own opinion, then I am but a human being." Scholars of Usul (principles of Islamic jurisprudence) have stipulated that the Prophet's (peace be upon him) opinion, like that of others, is subject to the possibility of error, whereas it is impermissible to contravene him concerning matters of Sharia rulings that he explicitly states. Classifying worldly sciences under this hadith is permissible, provided they are regulated by Sharia guidelines. A wise Muslim is keen on what benefits him in his religion and his worldly life. There is no need to restrict knowledge to religious knowledge alone, as the Holy Quran generally indicates the importance of knowledge.
