The book "Madarij al-Salikin" has many benefits, but it is not without observations due to its author Al-Harawi's Sufi orientation. For this reason, some have abridged it, such as the abridgment by Abd al-Mun'im Salih al-Izzi. As for the book "Zad al-Ma'ad," it was abridged by Sheikh Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab al-Tamimi.
