Is it permissible to get rid of a guard dog by giving it to people who eat dogs?

It is forbidden to eat dogs, and it is not permissible to give them to those who eat them, because eating them is forbidden, and assisting in it is forbidden, due to the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "Every fanged animal is forbidden," and his (peace be upon him) prohibition of eating every fanged beast of prey, and the dog is a beast of prey that hunts with its fangs.
