What is the ruling on benefiting from the mother's money acquired through adultery, fraud, and usurious transactions, especially since she has undertaken to pay for the driving license fees? Is it permissible to eat and drink with her from this money? What about gifts and inheritance? And how can unlawful money become lawful for the recipient?

Advising one's mother and clarifying the impermissibility of her actions is not an act of disobedience but rather a form of dutifulness towards her. A mother's shortcoming in her obedience to Allah does not negate her right to dutifulness nor the obligation of showing kindness to her. There is no harm in benefiting from a driving license paid for with money earned by the mother through impermissible means. The issue of inheritance is postponed until it occurs.
