What is the ruling regarding a woman who seeks divorce from her husband before the judiciary?

A woman is not permitted to seek divorce from her husband without a valid reason, due to the severe warning mentioned in that regard. However, if there is a necessity that compels her to seek divorce, and she has tried to remedy the situation without success, then there is no blame upon her for referring her case to the judge to remove the harm from her through divorce or khul'. The husband is obligated to remove harm from his wife, otherwise, the judge shall divorce her from him.
