What is the ruling on a man's divorce oath to his wife: "I swear by triple divorce that you will give birth at my father's house," knowing that she is still in her fifth month, and does the ruling change after he tells her: "Go and give birth at your family's house"?

If a husband swears by triple divorce concerning a specific matter (such as his wife giving birth at his father's house), this oath cannot be retracted according to the majority of jurists. If the condition is not met (the wife does not give birth at his father's house), a triple divorce occurs, and the wife becomes unlawful for him until she marries another man willingly. Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, however, holds that he can retract his oath if he intended divorce [by it].
