The basic principle is that a woman should nurse a woman. However, if there is no female nurse available, it is permissible for a man to do so, provided that the following -compliant controls are adhered to: he should limit his gaze to the area of need only, he should not touch the patient's body except with a barrier such as gloves, his speech with her should be limited to what is necessary, and he should not be alone with her. Rather, her or another woman must be with her. It is advisable to strive to limit your work to nursing men only.
