Is it permissible to benefit from a garment or items purchased with money from a scholarship, when this scholarship was obtained by the sister through cheating on the exam?

Cheating is forbidden, and the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying, "Whoever cheats us is not of us," indicates this. If your sister obtained a scholarship due to a good grade resulting from cheating, and she would not have deserved the scholarship without it, then it is not permissible for her to take it. Nor is it permissible for you to accept the garment if you do not possess money other than this scholarship. However, if the cheating did not affect her obtaining the good grade that qualified her for the scholarship, then it is permissible for her to take it, and it is permissible for you to accept the garment and benefit from its purposes.
