Is it permissible for a man to enlarge his breasts?

If breast enlargement for men is done using medicines and herbs, there is no harm in it as long as it remains within the known male physique. However, if it is done through surgery to alter the shape and seek beauty, it is impermissible, as it falls under changing Allah's creation, which is prohibited. The smallness or largeness of the chest is not a disfigurement that justifies surgery; rather, it is a pursuit of increased beauty and handsomeness. Allah has cursed those who do it, as stated in the Hadith: "Allah has cursed the women who tattoo and those who have themselves tattooed, and the women who pluck their eyebrows and those who have their eyebrows plucked, and the women who make spaces between their teeth, for beautification, changing the creation of Allah." This differs from necessary cosmetic surgeries to remove defects resulting from illness or an accident.
