What should I do after I found my daughters' feet stained with henna without knowing the perpetrator or the source of the henna?

The questioner is advised to fear Allah and to maintain the prayers. If he fears that the source of the henna found on his daughters' feet is not human, he should recite Surat Al-Baqarah in his house, because it expels devils. He and his daughter should also regularly recite the morning and evening adhkar, as well as the adhkar for entering, exiting, sleeping, eating, and entering the lavatory; for these are acts of worship and a protection from evil, and Allah Almighty protects whoever regularly recites them. There is no need to worry, as the source of the henna might be from neighbors or relatives.
