Is it permissible to designate the number (222) for drawing closer to Allah, by interpreting the digits (2), (2), and (2) to mean twelve o'clock midnight and two rak'ahs?

It is permissible to allocate a number for a recorded voice announcement to remind people of the night vigil (Qiyam al-Layl) and supererogatory night prayers (Tahajjud). This is a legitimate means of inviting people to goodness, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged performing prayers in the middle of the night. He mentioned that Allah descends to the lowest heaven in the last third of the night to answer those who supplicate, give to those who ask, and forgive those who seek forgiveness. It should be noted that one should not specify the time of performing these prayers as exactly at two o'clock, nor limit the number of rak'ahs to two. What the Shariah has not restricted should not be restricted.
