Does a divorce issued by the husband take effect in cases of extreme anger, or the presence of jinn possession, or envy?

If a man says to his wife: "You are divorced, divorced, divorced," then his intention determines the ruling. If he intended emphasis, it is one divorce. If he intended repetition, it is three divorces.

The divorce of an angry person whose anger reached the point of being overwhelmed and losing consciousness does not count. However, if he was aware of what he was saying, the divorce counts.

If the counted divorces have not reached three, it is permissible to reconcile with the wife as long as the waiting period (iddah) is still valid. However, if they have reached three, she is not lawful for him until she marries another husband.

A man's statement to his wife: "You are divorced with three pronouncements, and the day you leave this house, you are divorced, and I will never, ever, ever take you back," is considered an irrevocable divorce with three pronouncements, and she becomes unlawful for him until she marries another husband.
