Does a student's continued enrollment in a Quran academy without his father's knowledge, and providing part of his allowance for the fees, constitute unlawfully consuming people's wealth?

Any extra spending beyond the usual maintenance is considered a gift, and the intention of the giver must be taken into account. If the father specified the use of the money for a particular purpose, then it must be used for that purpose; otherwise, you may dispose of it as you wish. Therefore, you are not permitted to pay the academy fees from this money as long as your father has prevented you from completing your studies there. You must inform him and seek his permission. If he permits you to continue at the academy, then it is permissible for you; otherwise, it is not.
