Are al-ʿĀlim (the All-Knowing) and al-Mutajallī (the Manifest) among the Most Beautiful Names of Allah?

The names of Allah are Tawqifiyyah (established by divine revelation), with no room for human intellect to intervene. Therefore, nothing can be added to them or subtracted from them. However, it is permissible to inform about Allah with terms for which a name has not been established, provided the meaning is sound and affirmed, for the door of informing is wider than the door of names and attributes. The name "Al-Alim" (The All-Knowing) has been affirmed by a group of scholars as a name for Allah, and it is mentioned in hadiths enumerating the Beautiful Names, even if it has not been explicitly mentioned except in an attributive form. As for the name "Al-Mutajalli" (The Manifestor), it is not mentioned among the Beautiful Names. However, "Al-Tajalli" (Manifestation) is an affirmed active attribute of Allah, established by the Qur'an and Sunnah, meaning to become apparent to sight. It is permissible to inform with it without believing it to be a name.
