Is it permissible to deprive the daughters and their mother of their deceased father's money, on the pretext that the paternal uncles wish to take the inheritance, knowing that the father had saved this amount for them and spent part of it on his medical treatment, and the family is in need of the money, while the paternal uncles are well-off?

Since you did not receive the sum your father intended to gift you before his death, you have no right to it after his passing, as his wealth has become an inheritance for all heirs. You are entitled to two-thirds, your mother to one-eighth, and the remainder goes to your paternal uncles. Your uncle's ill-treatment or your need for money does not justify disputing their right to the inheritance. You must fear Allah so that He may provide for you from His bounty, in accordance with His statement, the Most High: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him." (At-Talaq: 2-3).
