Unlawful abandonment is not permissible, and pleasing Allah takes precedence over obeying a manager if he commands disobedience. It is incumbent upon a Muslim to reconcile disputing parties, and that is done by clarifying the truth, supporting the oppressed, and preventing the oppressor. As for one who incites malice among Muslims, his sin is great and his action is grave.
