The voice of a woman is not considered 'awrah (something that must be covered) according to the more preponderant opinion. If the video and the hair shown in it are free from শরعي (Sharia-compliant) prohibitions, and the woman is covered and her voice does not have a "softening of speech" (khudu' bil-qawl), then there is no objection to publishing it. It is permissible to listen to permissible poetry from a woman if her voice does not have a "softening of speech" or if there is no enjoyment derived from her voice or from looking at her.
