Is it permissible to combat sorcery with sorcery to punish those who use it, after a wife is divorced and the ex-husband and his family are subjected to revenge through sor sorcery?

It is not permissible to use magic for revenge, because it is an act of disbelief in Allah. It is also not permissible to counter magic with magic, even in retribution. Rather, the sorcerer is to be executed by the sword. It is permissible to supplicate against oppressors without transgression, and to refer the matter to the Sharia court with the presentation of evidence. Do not fear magic, for it only affects by Allah's permission, and you must protect yourself with the preventative means.
