Is the supervisor of a fashion department that contains nude images considered a partner in sin?

It is not permissible to work as a supervisor for forums that publish forbidden images if there is no ability to remove them, because that is considered aiding in what is forbidden. Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty."
