Does renting out a lecture hall equipped with computers containing pirated software (such as Windows and Office), knowing that lecturers might use their own pirated software, make the money earned from this project unlawful (haram)?

The use of pirated software is not permissible according to many contemporary scholars. If you can use free software or purchase original copies, then there is no harm in renting the hall for permissible activities. The lecturers who use pirated software bear the responsibility for that, and nothing of it falls upon you.
