Is it permissible for a husband to leave the marital home for days and prevent his wife's family from entering the house? And is the wife considered rebellious (nashiz) in this case, especially with the presence of a child, taking into consideration that the wife frequently disobeys her husband, raises her voice, is negligent in the marital relationship, and refused to return to the marital home after an argument at her parents' house, where they insulted and threatened the husband?

The disobedient wife (nashuz) is one who defies her husband in matters where obedience is obligatory, such as responding to his call to bed and remaining in his home. If a wife is disobedient, the husband is permitted to abandon her in bed, and it is also permissible to abandon her outside the home. It is the husband's right to prevent his wife from bringing anyone into his house, except for her parents, out of concern that they might corrupt her. The husband is advised to strive to reform his wife, be patient with her, seek help from Allah, cooperate with her in strengthening her connection with her Lord, encourage her to associate with righteous women, listen to admonitions, and gather for remembrance (dhikr) and recitation of the Quran. Cursing the religion is one of the greatest abominations and is an act of disbelief.
