Is "Indeed, when Allah charges, He guarantees" a Hadith or an Athar (saying)?

No hadith with this exact wording has been found, but some hadiths convey the same meaning, such as: "Indeed, Allah - Exalted and Majestic is He - sends down aid according to the burden, and sends down patience according to the trial." Al-Munawi explained this by saying that Allah extends His aid to His servant and provides for him according to his need if he fulfills the obligation of the burden that is required of him by Islamic law, which is by seeking Allah's help with sincerity and devotion.
