Is it permissible for a man to take back his divorced wife after he has given her the deferred dowry, on condition that she returns the deferred dowry to him?

A woman is not obliged to return the deferred Mahr (dowry) or pay money in exchange for her husband taking her back, whether she is in her 'iddah (waiting period) or outside of it. However, she may give him something from her wealth willingly, if she is of sound mind. He may stipulate this, but she is not obliged to accept his condition. If she returns it to him now as a loan, it becomes a debt upon him. If she gifts it to him so that he may take her back into his marriage, there is no sin upon her if she is of sound mind.
