Is Surat al-Hajj Makki except for three verses, and what are these verses if that is true?

There is disagreement regarding whether Surah Al-Hajj is Meccan or Medinan. The majority opinion is that it is Meccan, with some Medinan verses contained within it. There is disagreement regarding the precise number and identification of these Medinan verses. Some say they are four verses, beginning from the Almighty's saying: "These are two adversaries who have disputed about their Lord" up to His saying: "and they were guided to the path of the Praiseworthy" (Al-Dani, Ibn Abbas, and 'Ata'). Others say they are only three verses (Mujahid), or only two verses: "And among the people is he who worships Allah on a [precarious] edge" and the verse that follows it (Mar'i Al-Karmi). There is also an opinion that the surah is Medinan, except for four Meccan verses beginning from His saying: "And We did not send before you any messenger or prophet" (Qatadah).
