Is the whispering of Satan limited to Muslims, or does it include Jews and Christians as well?

Satan whispers to all people, and his power over disbelievers is greater due to their intense heedlessness. Satan engulfs the heart of a servant, so when he remembers Allah, Satan shrinks back, but if his heart becomes heedless of Allah's remembrance, Satan whispers. Satan flows through the son of Adam like blood, and he enters upon the servant through the gate of heedlessness. If the servant becomes heedless, Satan pounces on him and devours him, but if he remembers Allah the Almighty, Satan shrinks back and becomes small.
