The answer

The jinn are creatures created to worship God. They are an independent world, created from fire, and they come in different types: some fly, some are snakes and dogs, and some settle and travel. Every human has a companion from the jinn. God has given them special abilities, such as speed of movement. Their food is bones over which God's name has been mentioned and the droppings of animals. They reside in ruins and places of impurity. Among them are Muslims, disbelievers, and the righteous, and they will be held accountable on the Day of Judgment. To protect oneself from their harm, it is recommended to seek refuge with God, recite Al-Falaq and An-Nas, and say "Bismillah" (in the name of God) when entering the home, before eating, and before entering the toilet. The strength of faith also protects against them.
