Am I sinful or disobedient if materials containing sins or trivialities are published on my Facebook page, without me participating in their publication, knowing that I use the page to promote my work?

There is no harm in opening an account on this website for promoting permissible works and the like, provided that the user blocks posts from friends who publish unlawful content so that the questioner does not share in their sin.
