What is the ruling on eating meat obtained from the markets of Aleppo or Hama, knowing that many of the butchers who slaughter in the abattoirs curse Allah Almighty and do not pray, and what is the evidence for this from the words of the jurists?

Whoever insults Allah the Almighty is considered an apostate and a disbeliever, and it is not permissible to eat what he slaughters, because slaughtered animals are only eaten if they are slaughtered by a Muslim or a person of the Book. If most butchers are Muslims who have not apostatized, it is permissible to eat what you are doubtful about concerning the slaughterer, acting on the predominant assumption that renders it lawful. As for one who abandons prayer, scholars have differed regarding his disbelief, and the majority hold that his disbelief is a minor one that does not expel him from the faith. According to this view, it is permissible to eat what he slaughters.
