What is the ruling on dealing with various debts after bankruptcy and repentance, and what is the priority for their repayment?
You must make the intention to repay the established rights owed to their owners. It is neither obligatory nor permissible for you to pay the bank or the merchants from whom you borrowed with interest more than what you took from them, because they are not entitled to demand more than what they gave you. Allah Almighty says: "And if you repent, you may have your principal – [thus] you do not wrong, nor are you wronged."
As for the partners who denied their partnership with you, they have nothing with you except what remains of the company's money, and each of them is given a share from the remaining money proportional to the value of their capital in the company. You must also repay the loans your friends gave you.
