Is a person who yells at someone he suspects of ill will and injustice considered quarrelsome, to the extent that his deeds are not accepted?

A Muslim should be tolerant and forgive those who wronged him, for this is among the matters of firm resolve. The Law has permitted the oppressed to speak out against evil and to supplicate against the oppressor. Therefore, if you are oppressed, there is no sin upon you for shouting in the face of the oppressor, nor does the warning of non-forgiveness for those who bear grudges apply to you, because what is meant by grudges is enmity and hatred.
