What is the religious ruling on assenting to a false claim by giving a sum of money to one of the workers to help him obtain his delayed salary from his sponsor?

Unlawfully consuming people's wealth is among the major sins. Lying is not permissible to help an oppressed person claim their right from an oppressor. The duty is to remind the oppressor of Allah and the Last Day, or to intercede through someone who has influence over them, or to refer the matter to the judiciary.
