The Sheikh's words are clear that the treatment for the person afflicted with obsessive doubts and delusions is to disregard them and pay no attention to them. The person afflicted with obsessive doubts, in both the first and second cases mentioned by the Sheikh, should turn away from his obsessions. His prayer is complete and valid, and he does not need to perform the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw). As for someone who doubts after completing their act of worship, they should not pay attention to their doubt because the default is the validity of the worship.
