How is the inheritance distributed among a full brother, a full brother's son, and a full sister?

If the heirs are limited to a full brother and a full sister only, the inheritance is divided between them by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And if there are brothers and sisters, male and female, then for the male will be the portion of two females." The son of the full brother does not inherit here, as he is excluded by the full brother. The inheritance is divided into three shares: two shares for the brother and one share for the sister.

It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure that there are no other heirs, wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
