What should I do regarding my wife who grants me minimal conjugal relations, once or twice a month, despite my heightened desire and need for it, and my fear of temptation for myself?

It is not permissible for the wife to refuse her husband's call to bed, unless there is a valid excuse such as illness, menstruation, obligatory fasting, or harm. A severe warning has been reported for the wife who refuses without a valid excuse; as stated in the Hadith: "If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses to come, the angels curse her until morning." The husband has the right to enjoy his wife at all times, as long as he does not harm her or prevent her from fulfilling her obligatory duties. If the wife refuses without a valid excuse, she is considered disobedient (nashiz), and the husband may marry another woman if he is capable of being just.
