Is a partner in the purchase of a transport truck entitled to claim his profits for the duration of the partnership after its dissolution, especially if he did not receive the agreed-upon profits and suspects that his money was used in other projects?

The contract that combines partnership and mudarabah, where two capital sums and the physical effort of one of the partners are combined, on condition that he undertakes the leasing of what has been purchased, and both parties have a known share of the profit, is a valid contract.

If the partnership is dissolved, the partner has the right to be paid his share of the profit for the duration of the partnership. The mudarib (managing partner) is to be believed regarding the amount of profit, because he is an amin (trustee). However, if the owner of the capital does not believe the mudarib regarding the amount of profit gained, and he has evidence, then that evidence shall be acted upon.

These disputes are settled by courts and the judiciary.
