What is the ruling on prayer and fasting with a hormonal imbalance that causes the discharge of a transparent fluid with blood or yellowishness for most of the month, or that begins every 17 days, lasts for ten days, and stops for seven days?

What a woman sees of yellowish or brownish discharge is considered menstruation if it occurs during her usual period or is continuous with her menstrual bleeding. However, if it exceeds the possible duration of menstruation, it is considered istihadah (non-menstrual bleeding). A woman experiencing istihadah is considered ritually pure; she prays and fasts, but she must perform wudu for every prayer after its time has begun. She should also wash off any impurities and secure the area to prevent the blood from spreading.
