Allah has made it obligatory for women to wear the and has forbidden them from displaying their adornments (tabarruj). Therefore, a girl who does not wear the hijab and displays her adornments has disobeyed Allah Almighty and deserves His punishment. Her matter is subject to Allah's will; if she has not associated anything with Allah, then her ultimate destination is Paradise. She must repent to Allah before it is too late.
