Are girls considered sinful or disobedient to their mother if they are prevented from staying with her to care for her, and only change her clothes and clean her, after it was customary to take turns caring for her, knowing that the brothers' wives fully carry out the duty of care?

If the wives of the sons care for the mother with contentment, then they are rewarded for their good deeds. The daughters are not obligated to stay with their mother, nor is there any sin upon them, as long as they visit her and continue to honor her. For honoring the mother is among the most obligatory duties, the greatest acts of drawing near to Allah, and a means of entering Paradise.
