ما هي الممتلكات الشخصية التي تجب فيها الزكاة سنويًا؟

Zakat is due annually on gold, silver, circulating banknotes, trade goods, real estate, and shares designated for trade, as well as on livestock (camels, cattle, and sheep). As for crops and fruits, Zakat is due on them only at the time of harvest, based on the Almighty's saying: "And give its due on the day of its harvest." For all of these, it is a condition that the threshold (nisab) is met and that full ownership is established.
