Is it permissible for the sheep vowed to be slaughtered to be from the parents' expense, and is it permissible to eat from it and feed relatives and family, and is its distribution necessary if not mentioned in the vow?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to fulfill his vow from his parents' money without their permission. If the vow is general, it is for the poor and the needy, and poor relatives are allowed to partake of it.
