Is it permissible for a man to marry a woman whose mother breastfed his younger siblings?

If there is no suckling relationship between the man and the woman themselves, or between one of them and a woman whose milk establishes Mahramiya for the other, then marriage between them is permissible. It does not matter that the woman's brothers were suckled by the man's mother.
