Should I demand from my father the receipts for the house sale and the amounts deducted from it, knowing that the money is not mine alone, and I fear that I will be punished by Allah if I demand that from him?

If the father insists on not returning the money, there is no harm in taking the matter to court, and this is not considered an act of disobedience (ʿuqūq).
