Is a wife sinful if she prepares shisha for her husband, who threatens to divorce her if she refuses, knowing that she would be sinful by doing so?

Obeying the husband in preparing shisha is not permissible because it is an act of disobedience. The Permanent Committee has issued a fatwa stating that preparing it is a sin, based on the words of Allah Almighty: "{And do not cooperate in sin and aggression}." The wife should explain to her husband the prohibition of shisha and its harms. However, if the husband insists and threatens divorce, and this divorce would be the third, and the wife would be harmed by the divorce, then she might be excused for obeying him, as Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen ruled in a similar case.
